I’ve spent my early career working across the moving parts of a growing organization
Psychology, an M.A. in Organizational Leadership, and three years of operations and program management at a community nonprofit and a behavioral health group, both young and growing faster than their infrastructure.

Ran the day-to-day of growing programs and then managed them: intake, scheduling, records, compliance, documentation, staffing, and coordination across teams. Office Manager to Program Manager at one organization, Operations Supervisor to Program Manager at another.
Sierra Meadows FoundationOffice Manager, then Program Manager · 2023 to 2026
- Built the administrative structure for a young community program with limited infrastructure, creating order around intake, scheduling, records, volunteer coordination, outreach, and day-to-day information flow as needs expanded.
- As the program grew, put clearer processes, documentation, role expectations, and coordination practices in place across staff, volunteers, leadership, and community-facing work, so that growth did not depend on a few people holding everything together.
- Worked across most parts of the organization rather than inside one job description, from program operations to fundraising, partnerships, and general day-to-day organizational operations.
Tatum Psychology Employment GroupOperations Supervisor, then Program Manager · 2025 to 2026
- Managed the day-to-day operations of two behavioral health programs, covering staffing, scheduling, compliance, intake, service delivery, and cross-functional coordination.
- Helped stabilize operations through substantial staffing and program change, keeping core operational processes functioning while responsibilities, communication, scheduling, and documentation were being reworked.
- After I took on oversight of the programs, one nearly doubled its patient census while the other grew to more than four times its earlier size.

Used AI and small builds to give very small teams more capacity: onboarding and training systems, internal information systems, grant-search automation, grant-writing and email-campaign support, AI-assisted workflows, and an assessment and analysis of what an AI rollout was actually saving.
Sierra Meadows FoundationInside a small nonprofit, alongside the operating role
- Created onboarding and training systems for staff and volunteers in a young nonprofit where formal infrastructure was still being built, so new people could get up to speed without relying on one-to-one handoffs.
- Built internal information and documentation systems that gave program knowledge a consistent place to live rather than depending on individual memory.
- Used AI to support grant research and grant-writing work that a small team would otherwise have had little capacity for.
- Used AI to support donor email campaigns and other recurring work, and built AI-assisted workflows and small internal tools to increase the capacity of a very small team.

- Designed and conducted the assessment used to examine actual AI utilization and reported time savings across the organization after a new AI documentation tool was introduced.
- Produced the resulting analysis for executive leadership, translating the findings into implementation recommendations around effective use, training, workflows, measurement, and organizational conditions. My scope ended with the analysis and recommendations. The full analysis is featured on the Work page.
